Description

Lead Follow-Up Desk

Keep track of what happens after an enquiry becomes a sales lead. Import leads into a private workspace, record an owner and sales stage, and keep the next follow-up date and notes together.

What you can do

  • Track new, contacted, qualified and closed leads.
  • Keep ownership, follow-up dates and private notes with each lead.
  • Repeat an import without overwriting existing follow-up work.
  • Optionally send a lead to an HTTPS CRM webhook and review the delivery receipt.

Use

In the current release, open “Lead Desk”; import a JSON array. Open each lead to manage follow-up. Configure optional webhookUrl and encrypted webhookToken in plugin settings.

Limits

Administrator access only. Validates whole imports of one to three leads. The destination must honour Idempotency-Key; exactly-once delivery is not promised. Five delivery attempts; interrupted sending can retry after ten minutes. No automatic compatibility with other form builders.
